Tucker & Co London, a UK-based provider of luxury dog gear and natural treats, sought to enhance its online presence and drive growth in a competitive pet market. After a slow start to the year, we soon turned things around for them not long after they partnered with us. We have achieved record days, months and ensured they have had an incredible first year.

The Strategy

Here it was noticed that the website was being changed too much at one time and was not being incrementally tested and analysed, we put an end to this. We also noticed the creative strategy was none existent and the media buying was poor. Given our input on creative strategy, winning media buying strategy and website optimisations. We successfully scaled them to heights they have never seen before.

Building upon the strategies that yielded success across the year, we maintained our focus on optimising creatives and identifying “winning” ads. We implemented our winning strategy and helped them improve their creative which saw us take them from £500 days to £5000 days.

The Success

This approach proved instrumental in helping the brand achieve an astounding 244% increase in sales since onboarding with us, resulting in a substantial influx of orders by 235% and ensuring we hit our Blended ROAS target of a 3.

Our aim from the get go was to use the existing data already on the ad account, combined with our strategies to find new customers, audiences and markets that resonated with the brand best.
