Putty Pals, a UK-based brand renowned for its sensory putties in physical stores such as Smyths Toy Superstore, set out to improve its digital presence and broaden its reach within the sensory play market. Recognised for their premium, UK-manufactured products featuring distinctive textures and scents, they were in search of a strategic partner to enhance their digital marketing and achieve tangible results.

Our collaboration with Putty Pals involved designing a customised, data-focused strategy. By utilising in-depth analytics and innovative techniques, we prioritised boosting sales, improving conversion rates, and enhancing their digital visibility, driving sustainable growth and fostering deeper connections with the sensory play audience.

We first looked to increase the ROAS which we did by boosting the AOV via creating bundles. These bundles went straight to the top of our best sellers creating a higher ROAS, bigger margins and much more room for scale. We also helped them with creative strategy and implemented our winning strategy in the ad accounts and as a whole everything came together to work perfectly.
