
We Increased Glouup's Net Profit By 531% In Their First 3 Weeks
The Overview
This was a quick & easy turnaround due to it being a great product market fit, and they came prepared with lots of raw content & content creators. It was just missing the key scaling components from us.
A turn around like this is not common for most. 9 times out of 10 it is a 60 to 90 day turn around however this partner of ours was already doing decent numbers all on his own due to his great product market fit and determination to get the ads going himself which we were massively impressed by how well he did on his own.
With his own content creators he had managed to create some winning ads already. The main issue was he was lacking in the media buying strategy and creative volume. This was causing results to tank every time he tried to scale, which is when he came to us.

The Strategy
We implemented our winning creative stratgey:
We came in and pushed a high volume of high performance creative in the ad account ( which we do on a weekly basis ) helping to find more winning creative and avoid creative fatigue. We then found more winning creatives, tapping into new audiences which helped us to easily scale up.
We coupled our winning creative strategy with our winning media buying stratgey:
We noticed all of his campaigns were ABO’s which were forcing spending on poor creatives. We changed over to CBO and efficiency went through the roof as a CBO is letting Meta decide on where it puts the spend as opposed to forcing spend on ads that will never perform.
We also eliminated 1-Day View attribution as this is optimising the machine for low intent people and actually makes your ROAS look better than it is, giving you false data.
Finally we noticed that this account was running on a broad audience alone, which is great for a pixel and ad account that has lots of spend and data. The problem was that this ad account was fairly new and didn't have enough data to run on broad alone. We added an interest stack in there to season the pixel and that's when things really took off.

The Success
Implementing our winning strategy resulted in a decrease in NCPA by 36%, an increase in NC-ROAS by 69% whilst increasing ad spend by 30% in just 3 weeks. We do not usually write case studies on such a short time frame due to its credibility being questionable.
However we know that what we have done for this brand is the direct and only reason they got the positive results that they did within the first month. We felt that this needed to be shared. We will be writing another case study for this brand on month 3. We are currently waiting on a big stock order to land and we are scaling even further so stay tuned for the next numbers!
Lastly, we just want to stress this point again. Please note that 90% of the time it is a 60 to 90 day turn around. However there can be anomalies like this if you come to us with lots of raw content that continues to come freshly on a weekly basis and of course a great product market fit with great branding always helps!
